In a nutshell you'll need to open an account with a hosting company, or even use a blogging service. Once you have that setup, then all you do is create posts online where it's published to the public. Why the public? Because you want as many people to read your blog and participate. With the activity and following you gain, you can sell services or products to them, or place ads on your blog. In the event you place Ads on your blog, you will get a percentage of each click.
